I would add that if you're traveling as part of a group, either a team working together at a location or for a bunch of employees to participate in a training program, chances are good that the reservation has been set up as a master bill. OTOH, if you're traveling individually and will be the only one from your organization staying at the property that night, I wouldn't expect a master bill, although your (often room and taxes only) charges might be direct billed.
