Yup that's it, the one right on the end.

There's clearly a broken process there.
I did mention it on checkout but I guess this is just a consequence of the Executive suites being separate from the rest of the hotel.

They should just add this to the pool staff's duties given that people order F&B to the pool anyway...

Otherwise a great hotel though!
