US visas are valid for entry until the expiry date. She'll be fine, and will (likely) get 6 months entry from the day she enters. Having a printout of the return ticket is a good idea, but will almost certainly not be required.

US immigration generally have Chinese speakers available if required, but having things like her intended address/contact/etc printed out would also be a good idea.

3.) Does SFO airport have escort facility, preferably in a different language, for arrivals and departure?

That said, it's not clear that they will meet you airside for an international arrival, but I'm sure that would be easy to confirm with them. The website does mention language services being available if requested.
