My apologies this is not entirely UA related.

Basically Im looking to book a business class return ticket HKG-SFO for my grandmother, who only speaks Cantonese, whos seeing her friends.

1.) My grandma holds a Macau passport and her USA tourist visa is expiring on the 8th of Jan next year, she is travelling this September and will be returning within three weeks- will she have any trouble going through immigration? Ill probably print out the return ticket just in case.

2.) Should there be HK based, or Cantonese speaking crew onboard in business class? If yes, is there any way to ensure that she served by a Cantonese speaker?

3.) Does SFO airport have escort facility, preferably in a different language, for arrivals and departure? Money should be no issue since otherwise one of our family member will have to fly with her and back...and to SFO again and back to pick her up three weeks later.

Sorry for being such a pain but we are pretty jammed up in this situation.
