OK. I'll admit I whiffed on this. I thought you were charged for the summons itself and the Admin fee and that, in substance, they had already paid the fine and now were charging you the amount of the fine plus the admin fee. My bad.

Yeah. That's a problem. Finding the way to pay. Regrettably (for you at least), I haven't had to deal w/ such situations as I have friends and family in SA who can handle on my behalf.

Its probably not the best time to reach out the Knysna folks (by any comm method). Google "Knysna fire" and you'll see why. But, in the absence of reaching out to and or EVER connecting w/ someone from Knysna, poke around the municipalities web site (if its up) to look for a method of finding and paying the summons.
