For Cathay Business passengers, they do not allow guest access. For First Class passengers they allow one guest. And unfortunately your One World Emerald doesn't help your family. If they have a Priority Pass there are some nice choices in HKG. As a last resort, you may be able to sweet talk one of the Cathay lounge attendants into letting your nephew in, saying he needs to assist the business passengers he's with. Worth a try.
