Can anyone assist and reply with the seat availability for CX828 - 14June; Hubby's booked in E and wondering on capacity and if any chance of OpUp to PE; (MP Green)

He's presently booked in 1st Row Bulkhead Window in E - any reviews/comments on this seat (already checked on SeatGuru)
