The T8 is not up yet which is probably why everything is normal.

They are expecting to hoist it later tonight.

Some T8 shut down the entire airport. Some have no impact at all (except travel to and from the airport may be harder). This one seems unlikely to have a big impact as it's only a tropical storm, and not actually a typhoon.
