Except that the first statement is contracted by the last two words of the second one: Members can't use
www.hiltonhonors.com for their reservation transactions (be they booking or awards) at Scandic hotels, and while they can use
www.scandic-hotels.com for booking with cash, they can't book Scandic awards online at all.
Meanwhile, if you go to Reservations and look at the Reward reservation section, you'll see Scandic underlined, and if you click on that popup they tell you to call countries like Sweden and Finland for your Scandic reward reservations. Is it true that you can't make Scandic reward reservations by calling HHonors in the US???
