I've contacted their customer service team and have fortunately had a very prompt and really friendly response from management who have assured me that they will look into the issue - so a big thumbs up to them!

I'm glad they have handled my complaint well and took it very seriously. Hopefully the issue will be resolved and I can continue being a happy and loyal customer. Updates to come.
