We will spend 2 weeks in May 2018 in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. We'd love the recommendations for best restaurants in each city/area.

We love fine dining, we love sushi, we love steak, and we love experimental food. The only thing I don't like is a jacket requirement.

Any recommendations will be appreciated for each city. Thanks! We are looking for "best of the best" type restaurants as well as "casual but excellent food" restaurants.
