I would wait for the successful pulls to fall off. You can still do the Travelite and be at 1/24 next spring. I have the same invitation expiring 6/28 and plan to apply this week. I'm at 3/24 so I'll still have 1 successful pull left if something really good comes along.
My experience in branch was very similar back in 9/2016 so I didn't end up getting my CSR until 12/26 when I went to 4/24.
