UA states that if you have multiple UA cards issued by Chase, then the PWD waiver is the net over all open accounts where you are the primary cardholder. I'm not sure how PCs factor into this, but taken literally, the account would still be open and in good standing, so it should count. That being said, I'm not a definitive source in any way
