All phase 1 mods (expands F to 16 seats) have been completed. The phase 2 mods adds AVOD and removes 3 seats from the rear of coach to expand the rear galley. Phase 2 mods have just recently started (5 aircraft completed). I wouldn't expect a change from a phase 1 to phase 2 aircraft to result in a seat change unless you are in the last row, but who knows. Also, I doubt they scheduling particular A320 aircraft 60 days out. DL hasn't published a seat chart yet of the phase 2 aircraft.
