Unfortunately, that falls outside my knowledge base. The name of the room leads me to believe it will be in the Chelsea (formerly known as "West") Tower.

The main floors in that building are laid out so that the hallway rund the length of the building and there are rooms on either side (pretty much a normal hotel floor plan).

I can see where a 3 bedroom could have all three rooms on the same side of the hall, but I can also see where they could do a floor-through layout on one end or the other. One of the draws at Cosmo is a view of the Bellagio fountains. In a floor-through layout, the room you have will automatically get the fountain view; otherwise it's possible 1/2 will have them and 1/2 won't.
