I had to take a flight at the last minute due to my dad's health deteriorating. He held on for me to get there before we lost him.

I didnt know that Air Canada had a bereavement policy. I would like to say a big thank you to Air Canada for applying this post travel. The refund will help on the trip back for the funeral.
