Pretty much what Zorak said. Just because it happens all the time doesn't mean it needs to be encouraged though, isn't it generally better to look at people as individuals? I have no desire to complain about any other generation as a whole...

Think of all the vapid news articles about millennials not wanting to work, not being able to interact without using a phone, being unable to manage money etc and then just substitute in any race for millennial. Imagine the outrage...
