Try google flights? It has a pretty good multicity functions IME. I personally would suggest buying PDX-SCL and SCL-XNA as an open jaw and a separate XNA-PDX ticket. This way all connections would be on the same ticket/itinerary so in case of IRROPS it would be easier.
