I am planning to get the Chase Mileage Plus credit card again.

It states that you must not have received any bonus from them from 24 months. My question is, how is that date calculated? Is the date the exact date they submitted the opening account miles (50,000, for example) in my account?

Looking back the date they submitted my 50 000 miles was July ,X 2015. Does that mean I can open the card again on July X+1, 2017 and get the offer? Is there a number to call them at to double check? I have difficulty finding a way to contact them from the Chase site.
