While sfo789 is easiest that 016 + LH flight number is easiest, you can book it as an 016 + UA flight number and then when you call in to use a GPU let the phone agent know they need to convert it to the native LH flight numbers. That being said, if you can easily book it as 016 + LH flight number, you may as well.
