I should know this, but using a GPU on ANA or LH....
Do I need the ticket as a UA coded flight (016 stock) or on the native flight number for the relevant partner airline to apply a GPU to either an LH or ANA flight? I've had problems in the past and had to convert flights, but I am having a senior moment on the best initial approach to ticketing the flights.
