I have to assume that things will improve under Sven in the coming months given how concerned they were, but I won't be returning myself anytime soon.
Sven should have fixed the hot water at least or moved you to a room to shower with hot water. It's not raising a stink but getting a basic necessity at a luxury hotel and resort. It shouldn't be an imposition for them and if it is, then, it says a lot about how Aman has fallen...yikes.
