Booked the Grand Sheraton in Salzburg for June 2017. I am only SPG gold so emailed to make sure I would get lounge access with my business SPG card. At first they replied I was not eligible. I emailed back and asked them to research it because I should get it with my SPG business card. They replied that I would in fact get lounge access. I am here now and have been upgraded to a gorgeous 1 BR King suite and get lounge access. It is open all day until 10:30pm. There is a huge variety of beer and wine, plus soft drinks, coffee, tea, water. Breakfast is great; we are having salmon omelettes made for us. Decent snacks in the evening as well.
The Wiki says "plus 500 points". What is that about?
