Quick question for those more knowledgable than I....

I've got the UAL Club Card and got an additional one for my wife on my account. If she's using the card as her FOP for the ticket and she's travelling alone will she still get priority boarding and have the opportunity for getting an E-Con upgrade or are these conditions only possibly travelling with the primary cardholder? Thanks all!
