The last thread made on the MS forum was moved out because Durbin has literally nothing to do with MS. Prepaid gift cards existed before Durbin. Read the title of the thread, it has to do with fees and rewards... The topic is about fees and rewards despite it being in the MS section.

Smart people don't put $1,000+ per day per square when MSing, they do a little bit at a time.
