I am looking at flying LHR-SFO on March 31st 2018. Current seating guide states the 747 is A Super Hi J.

Does anyone know if the route routinely uses the Super Hi J?

Or should I not take the risk and wait for the a380 later in the day?

Its my in-laws first trip in J, so I want to maximise the experience.
