Hello, I had purchased a flight from DEN-BOS in economy thru my company, then later after ticketing went to United.com and upgraded to First class thru the seat map, by paying additional dollars. My business trip got cancelled, but United is saying the cost of my upgrade is not refundable because it became part of the original ticket price which was non-refundable. Can you give me your thoughts on any options here or if this should be something I can get refunded? I spoke to both a CS agent and the refunds dept. Thanks,
