I've submitted a retro credit request for a BA operated BA flight followed by a BA operated and AA coded flight. The first one posted as if in economy when it was business and the second one did not post I was sent an email stating vaguely that they could not find the flights. I've had that (no response on an email followup). Call Mileage Plan customer service. They were able to straighten my last one out over the phone after the email failed. Well, it took two calls because the first one was going to be fixed as soon as they documented it for IT. Second call fixed it right away.
