Curious what "documentary evidence of [sic] that they are on government business" a property would request? I haven't carried paper travel orders in over a decade. Other than that, all I have is my gov ID and credit card. Use of the credit card would seem to be sufficient evidence of official travel, but not all gov travelers have one.
