Automatic upgrades lax bog
Yet another flight and this time the excuse for not being able to upgrade me... The seats are out of service...
And get into Bogotá... 30 mins before they open the door... In short missed my connection... Asked for help to call and hold the connection and was completely ignored... Missed it by 5 mins
