It can take a long time and might only be a couple of days before departure that it is done. It is hard to give an accurate time as it depends on how many bookings are earlier dates and ahead of your booking in the electronic 'queue' for ticketing. You would need to wait until 48 hours before travel and if it still isnt done at this point you can then call change booking/BAEC who can call ticketing and have it actioned then.
