I believe every Four Seasons in the U.S.

The FS in Boston has a page for dogs in the room service menu. Rather than indicating to "press 7" for room service, it says "paw 7".

The RC Bachelor Gulch Colorado is extremely dog friendly. Dogs are welcome in their great room and you can borrow the hotel dog to take for a walk.
