I would expect issues only on those flights which had to become much longer due to detours needed to avoid closed airspace, such as south to Africa. Ie, would they cater enough food/etc because the flight is much longer than scheduled?
I flew in from WDH, we landed 20m delayed. I am pretty sure they didn't load any extra food for that.
The only destinations with severe changes should be those on the other side of Saudi Arabia, namely Sudan (Egypt would qualify too, but yeah...).
