Aside from whether CheapTickets ends up being
required to honor these fares, it's clear that they were entered accidentally, and the real fare is $800 or more. CheapTickets gets about $5 per ticket for their services. I imagine that they're not making a lot for what they do.
Is it the right thing to do (yes, it's an individual, personal decision) to
make them honor the fare, knowing that it was a mistake? As a result of their screwing up the billing on my CC (not happy about that, of course), I didn't end up getting the res, so I don't have to make this decision myself.
So, yes, they are a business, take responsibility, blah blah. When I get too much change at a store, I tell them and give it back rather than keeping it. Things like that.
Just wondering what other people think.
(Since we don't yet have answers on what's going to happen, we have to keep the thread alive somehow

).
Cheers.
