This is at least the second attempt by this individual to get something out of AC, the Federal Labour Relations Board, Human Rights Commission, his own Union, potential and past investors, and .... based upon what initially seems to be a complaint that the seniority provisions of the post-merger AC were discriminatory based upon age.

This is all public record so I see no issue with discussing it here. It just seems to be a waste of the courts time dealing with this guy.
