Oh good. Glad you liked it. I could see that a lot of the quality of this dish depends on the " skill" of the galley chef. While my fish was perfect.... it could be easily overcooked.
Somewhat belatedly, another thanks for your review. I too had this last month, and it was hands-down the best dish I've ever had on an aircraft.
