Perhaps this makes room for the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit to slide out of the Luxury Collection portfolio and take its place as a Sheraton Grand[e].

The PA doesn't seem much like a LM, although actually it's been LRM which is a bit different. The only LM branding I remember was the gray fabric thing with hotel information on the bed, including the coupon for a free coffee.
Another LRM is in Shanghai. I wonder whether it will switch to LC too.
BTW, is the Duxton Club an existing hotel too? IIRC there are other Duxton properties in Singapore.
