Yes, I would also expect the OP to be able to find more reasonable fares with Vietjet (VN). Flights between SGN and HAN are dirt cheap. I have no knowledge of fligts to REP.

There is no reason to buy tickets now for travel in early December. Wait until 1-2 months prior to travelling.
