Id say if u want to be more sure , ask ..find some phone numbers on Varna airport website , you should be able to contact the TK ground handling in there.
Or if its not a big inconvenience for you , better don't check bags ..if u fly business u have 2 hand luggages + laptop/backpack anyway..
