If you cannot check your baggage thru you need to observe the check in deadline. This is 60 min before the flight. Lufthansa is very strict. H append to me once. I was 2 minutes late and they refused to check me in.
Assuming your flight is on time you need to deplane, go thru immigration, pick up your luggage, go thru customs, make your way to the check in counter, hope that there is no line for a later flight and be at the counter within less than 55 min.
I would not risk this, especially not with an inflexible ticket.
