For *A there is no difference, as you would stay *A Gold.
For LH - and even its own SENs - it makes no sense, as you earned it cheaply and would get the same advantages as its own *A Gold (=SEN), who paid more.
In addition it was your choice to credit it on TK Miles&Smile. You would have been free to credit it on Miles&More. I assume you did not, as you were believing that you earn a higher status easier with TK.
Why so angry though? Yes, it takes fewer miles to reach top tier with A3. But then again a person flying with A3 would normally only fly intra-Europe, so would earn fewer miles per trip.
You should probably ask yourself why LH thinks its perks are worth 2x those of TK or A3.
