If scanning a BP and then exiting the terminal doesn't lead to a terminal evacuation, why would it be a relevant comment that airside evacuation is a pain?
Sorry, I am still not seeing where there is any reference to any issue if the correct person scanned their bp, went airside, and then decided to exit for example by using the transit to T5C? The paragraph you quoted explicitly relates to someone scanning a bp for another person.
