I think I get what you mean. I wasn't able to check my existing booking through the homepage too, and had to log into PC to access it through My Trips like you mentioned. Perhaps there might be a slight issue with their website at the moment. After all they only switched to this new(ish) layout a while ago and are still switching parts of it over from the previous layout.
