Sounds like SFO's much weaker at breakfast than later in the day. But I feel like that's generally true of the Big 3, both for lounges and in the air. Besides the pho, last time I was at SFO the salad options were extensive and there was some sort of rice dish and paella.
MSP F/G has had mac & cheese since the renovation, probably some other dishes. But still not as good as SFO or SEA.
