September trip.
Since entering Name and PNR on My Trips did not bring me to Manage My Booking I went via

Where handicapped seats did not show on the seat map.
Strangely enough I tried again this morning via My Trips on the home page and aisle seats were visible with the blue handicapped sign.
Moved seating for all 4 segments from window to aisle.
Also checked via retrievePnr.xhtml and again all seats appeared.
Thus no idea what went wrong two days ago, a computer mystery?
Still hoping I will be able to upgrade with QCredits and miles, when is the best timing to request? One week before flights?
Got mail "Unfortunately, redemption seats for upgrade to business class are currently unavailable and hence, we are unable to process your request."
