Annoyingly, I've attempted this before and failed. Essentially, if you book and the BAEC number is entered at the time of reservation, there will always be a link to the BAEC profile, even if the number is subsequently removed. It would be best if you can edit the Friends & Family list before to remove your travelling companion's BAEC number before booking. You can always add before OLCI.
