Not necessarily. CX is replacing all the seats on the first three aircraft, which will be completed in July. Seats delivered with the latest planes are definitely fine, so the probability that you'll get a bad-fitted aircraft (maybe like B-LRD/E/F) is pretty low, and those aircraft only have minor problems which will be addressed one-by-one.
