Thanks. Google Voice is 26 cent per minute to Qatar...

I just tried London #01144-330-024-0128 (from US, 1 cent per minute) and they picked up right away. They advised me that they were given an internal memo that Egypt flights are scheduled to operate after the 9th so not to rebook anyone past that date. I guess they are optimistic that things will work out. We will see.
