Just checked out of this property this morning. Not an expert on writing the reviews here, but in few sentences:
1. Lobby - as stated the hotel is in the same building with Casino, therefor they register you in Casino at a Check-in. The Check in process was efficient enough even they seemed not to know all about Platinum benefits, as they are open only for 3 weeks, but together we cleared it out. You can get a points, or welcome amenity. As there is no Lounge you get the breakfast, or if your rate includes it - 750 points.
2. Room - Booked the cheapest Guest room and was upgraded to Junior Suite, It doesn`t consist of separate living room but the room was decent size. Bed was similar to what you have in Marriott hotels. Windows looked into small alley on the other side of the hotel. Overall the interior neutral, but I`m afraid because the quality of the things doesn`t look too good it might wear out quickly.

3. Bathroom - this is the tricky part because you don`t really have the bathroom as it is more or less area where you enter the room, on the left you have sink with mirror, and separate toilet, and on the right there is wardrobe/cabinet and combined Shower/bath area with window wall.

4. Breakfast/restaurant - Breakfast wasn`t the best, but decent, you have buffet with fruits, cold cuts, cheese, bread and juices, plus you can order from the menu, plus coffee for your taste.

5. Location - I think it is hard to get more central location in Madrid, but even then my stay was very quite and as the room faced side street and not Gran Via I had a decent sleep.
conclusion - overall the hotel is nice, as it is new it still lacks some basic things like paper and pen in the room but as i understood from staff it is on the way together with other things. If I had to rate it I would put it on the same level as Double tree by Hilton Madrid.
