Al Safwa is not a oneworld lounge, access is only for ticketed F passengers.
You have access to the First Lounge with 1 guest based on your oneworld status, and all passengers have access Al Mourjan for ticketed J passengers. Al Mourjan is far better than the oneworld First Lounge.
